Club ABC Tours is closely monitoring the status of travel to Europe and flights connecting via Europe as a result of the ongoing
volcanic eruption in Iceland. We are in touch with our airline and hotel partners, and deeply regret any inconvenience caused you
due to this extraordinary event.
The situation is fluid, and subject to rapid change. It is a day to day situation, and most airlines know only a day or two in
advance whether their flights will be operating. If your tour is cancelled, Club ABC Tours will contact you.
For our members who have purchased our Travel Protection Plan, if your tour is cancelled or delayed because the flight has been
cancelled or delayed, you must contact Trip Mate, the insurance company used by Club ABC Tours to obtain any refund.
If you wish to change your tour to a later date, please contact us for assistance and advice. Most airlines have been accommodating
in relaxing their change policies, however there is not one overall policy that covers all situations. Travel deferred to the summer
peak season, generally late-May through early-September, may incur additional charges to cover the seasonal difference in airfare.
We will make every effort to insure that the best fare is available to you.
If you purchased the Travel Protection Plan within 14 days of your initial deposit/payment and wish to cancel your reservation
on a tour that has not been cancelled by Club ABC Tours, you must do so in writing at least 2 days prior to the scheduled departure
date to be eligible for the Cancel for Any Reason provision of the trip insurance. This provision provides 75% reimbursement of the
non-refundable portion of the trip cost.
