- Day 1 - Depart the U.S. for Italy.
- Day 2 - Naxos (Taormina): Upon arrival in Catania, proceed to baggage claim and after clearing customs you will be met by your Tour Escort. Transfer to your Hotel in Naxos (Taormina). Tonight dinner is at the hotel. (Dinner)
- Day 3 - Naxos: This morning tour Taormina with your local guide, a lovely resort town built on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Visit the famous Greek Amphitheater, offering a splendid view of Mt. Etna and the seacoast and featuring fine artifacts from classical and early Christian periods, and the Villa Comunale. In the afternoon enjoy some free time or explore some of the local shops specializing in fine hand embroidery and lace. Tonight dinner is at the hotel. (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Day 4 - Naxos/Syracuse: After breakfast, depart for an excursion to Syracuse. Its Archeological Park features the Roman Amphitheater, Greco Roman edifices and the Greek Theater. Your guide will take you on a tour of the Park's excavations including the 'Ear of Dionysius' and the Roman Temple. Tonight dinner is at the hotel. (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Day 5 - Naxos: Enjoy this day at leisure or take an optional tour to Mount Etna, the largest active Volcano in Europe. Tonight dinner is at the hotel. (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Day 6 - Piazza Armerina/Agrigento/Palermo: After breakfast, depart for Palermo. Stop en route to visit Piazza Armerina and Agrigento. Visit the beautiful "Villa del Casale", known for its beautiful well-preserved mosaics from Roman antiquity, but only excavated in the 20th century. Once in Agrigento enjoy a guided visit to the incredible archaeological site named "Valley of the Temples", a UNESCO World Heritage site. Rising southernmost on the traces of the old town, this archaeological park includes many temples built in the 5th century B.C. and it is still today the most sublime evidence of the Greek civilization in Sicily. Tonight dinner is at a local restaurant. (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Day 7 - Palermo: After breakfast depart for your half-day guided tour of Palermo. Situated in a bay at the foot of Monte Pellegrino, Palermo is Sicily's capital and well represents Italy's most historically cosmopolitan region. Here the architecture reflects its many conquerors, including Normans, Arabs, Asians and Greeks, over the centuries, with distinct styles ranging from Arabic to baroque, from Norman to Art Nouveaux. Highlights of the tour will be a visit to Monreale, with its spectacular Duomo famed for its 12th and 13th century mosaics and the Spanish Quarters. The rest of day is on your own to explore the city. Tonight dinner is at a local restaurant. (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Day 8 - Palermo: Today is at leisure to take an optional tour or to explore one of many stores selling brightly painted ceramics, linens and jewelry. Stop at one of the many bakeries to sample some delicious Sicilian sweets and desserts. Explore St. John of the Hermits Church and the Benedictine Abby or visit the Vucciria, one of city's souk-like outdoor markets. Tonight dinner is at a local restaurant. (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Day 9 - Palermo/US: After breakfast transfer to the airport for your return flight home. (Breakfast)
