e-Documents - Important Travel Information
Confirmation of your registration
Once you have made your travel reservations, you’ll receive an e-Document from Club ABC Tours. This trip invoice is sent by email to confirm your booking, detailing your flight schedule*, hotel accommodations, along with deposit payment received and due date of final payment.
What do I need to do when I receive my e-Documents?
It is important that you carefully review your invoice confirmation and itinerary for accuracy.
- Confirm travel dates, departure airport and hotel(s).
- Confirm the spelling of each passenger name on your attached documents is exactly as it appears on the corresponding passport and/or valid government photo I.D. This is the name that will be printed on the airline ticket.
- Please review and update all information on the Personal Information Form (PIF) included with your invoice confirmation. Please return this form immediately. Final documents may not be processed until we receive this information.
What if I don’t receive any e-mail right away?
If you have any screening filters on your email inbox, the confirmation email may be routed to your Junk and/or Spam Email Box. We suggest adding info@clubabc.com to your list of approved email addresses. You can also contact our office and we’ll be happy to confirm your email address and resend if necessary.
What if I need to make any changes to the documents I just received?
If there is any discrepancy, please contact us right away:
- Call 888-TOURS-ABC (868-7722) and speak to one of our Membership Service Agents for assistance.
- Email us at info@clubabc.com.
What if I don’t have an email address or don’t wish to receive my documents electronically?
At the time of booking, our membership services department will confirm your current email address with you. You can request a printed copy to be mailed to you.
When do I get my Final Travel e-Documents?
Final Travel e-Documents will be emailed approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your departure.

MAKE SURE IT MATCHES!
With increased security and new U.S. government requirements for entry and re-entry in the U.S., members need to confirm names on all Travel Documents to avoid potential inconvenience and disruption to your travel:
- Check your current government issued photo I.D. that you intend to travel with. Your name on the Travel Documents must EXACTLY match LETTER FOR LETTER, no exceptions. Prefixes (Mr, Ms, Dr., etc.) and suffixes (Jr, Sr, etc.) are not permitted regardless of what is shown on the government-issued I.D.
