Club ABC Tours is a private travel club that was founded more than three decades ago. Today, Club ABC Tours is one of the largest travel clubs in the world.

2. Where is Club ABC Tours located?
Club ABC Tours is located in northern New Jersey. The majority of our members are from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida.

Membership Info
1. How soon can I travel once I have established my membership?
You are able to travel immediately on any available date, effective with your membership. Availability may be limited for trips departing in less than 30 days.

2. Does my membership need to be valid until date of return?
Yes. Membership needs to be valid until the date of return.

3. Why do you need my name as it exactly appears on my passport?
First and last names are important for your travel documents.

4. How soon after joining will I receive brochures?
Brochures are sent immediately upon receipt of your membership application. You may also browse the vacation packages on our site. For the full details of a vacation package, log-in with your membership number and zip code

5. Do you offer any discounts or offers with other services?
We work with various partners to offer members travel discounts on accessories including books, cell phone rentals for international travel and more. Log-in with your membership number and zip code to view all our exclusive discounts.

6. How can I hear about the latest specials or last minute trips?

7. Who can I have in my membership?
Membership is based on household. Memberships include spouse or domestic partner and children under 18 years of age (traveling with their family). Sign up now.

Reservations
1. Can I make a reservation using my credit card?
Yes. Reservations may be made with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card from the Members Only section of this web site or by calling us at 1-888-TOURS-ABC . You may also mail in your reservation with a check, money order, or credit card information.

2. How do I make a reservation? Can I book online?
Reservations may be made on-line in the Members Only section of this site, mail, or by phone. Each brochure contains a reservation form along with terms and conditions. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payments.

3. What is the personal information form?
The personal Information form is important to ensure your airline tickets are issued in your legal names without any discrepancy to your passport.

4. What happens with the final payment if I don't send the remittance form back?
If we do not receive the personal information form back Club ABC Tours will charge the credit card on file used for the trip deposit.

5. When is final payment due?
The majority of tours must be paid-in-full sixty (60) days prior to departure. However, certain cruises must be paid-in-full earlier. We will always advise when this is required.

6. Can I purchase trip insurance through Club ABC Tours?
We offer a comprehensive protection package, which includes cancellation, baggage and accident insurance. Log-in the Club ABC Tours website and click on "Protection Plan" for more details.

7. I do not have a roommate. Can Club ABC Tours find one for me?
Upon request, we will attempt to pair you with a roommate of the same gender. If we are unable to find you a roommate before the departure, a single supplement will apply.

8. Can I earn frequent flier mileage in conjunction with my tour?
Awarding mileage is strictly up to the individual airline. Most allow mileage to be accrued. Once booked on a trip, check with the airline directly for their policy.

9. What is the weather going to be like in my destination city?

10. How many hours ahead or behind is my destination city from home?
For information on time differences please visit Time zone converter.

11. Do I need any shots to visit the destination?
Members should check with their own doctors to see if they recommend any types of shots or vaccinations. They can also visit the Center for Disease Control for more information.

12. Is there any problems in the country to which I am traveling that could interfere with my travels?
We, at Club ABC Tours, are always monitoring world situations that could affect our members. For up to date travel information you can visit The U.S. Department of State.

13. Who is eligible to purchase the protection plan?
Members who are residents of the USA and Canada may purchase the protection plan. Citizenship is not required just residency.

2. What terminal will I be departing from?
For New York Tri-state area flights you can visit the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey website.

3. Is my flight on time?
To check on a flight status you can call the airline directly or visit the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey website.

4. Can you do my seat assignment?
Unfortunately, no. Seat assignments are done by the airlines. You can contact the airline directly for seat assignments, 30 days before you departure.

Visa/Passport Info
1. Will I need a passport or visa for my intended country of travel?
Starting January 2008 passports will be required for most countries and islands we travel to by air or cruise. For in-depth information you can visit The U.S. Department of State website and Embassy World for a directory of the world's embassies and consulates.

1. What is a tour feature or tour type?
A tour feature is an aspect of the tour that defines the type of travel. I.E. cooking, beach, culture, sightseeing.

2. What is Speed-dial?
In our brochures you'll find that we've re-introduced the Tour ID number. Simply input that number in the advanced search section to "speed-dial" your way directly to the trip of your choice. So easy and so fast!

3. What is the easiest way for me to find a specific tour?
When searching for a specific tour start with the advanced search function and enter the name of the tour or the tour id number located on the tours page in the brochure.

4. Can I book online?
Reservations may be made on-line in the Members Only section of this site, mail, or by phone. Each brochure contains a reservation form along with terms and conditions. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payments.

Trip Evaluations
1. I just returned from my trip. Where can I find the evaluation to complete?
To complete your evaluation, first check your email inbox. An email with a direct link to your customized evaluation is sent two days after you return. You can also log into the Club ABC Tours website (with your membership number and zip code). Once logged in, click the Trip Evaluation button on the right-hand side.
