Naranjo River Rafting
Rafting the Naranjo River is a half day Class III & IV whitewater challenge for more experienced paddlers. The Naranjo drops steeply from the mountains above Quepos, though a beautiful jungle gorge and takes you on a wild ride to sea level passing nearby farmlands and palm plantations. Water levels can rise quickly on this river upping the difficulty and adrenaline levels, so rafters should be physically fit and adventurous. Includes: Round trip transportation, guide, equipment and snacks.

Class III-IV for more experienced rafters

Savegre River Rafting
This full day adventure takes you to the Rio Savegre for a 2 hour guided scenic Rafting class II & III in rafts for 6 people or in 2 man inflatable kayaks. There are great swimming holes and a large variety of birds (egrets, toucans, osprey, kingfishers, and cormorants). Then we will stop in an Ecotourism Lodge "El Silencio" for a "Tico Style" lunch in a thatched roof restaurant with great views and a nature path. Afterwards we head to some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area with many blooming heliconias in this shady garden of Eden. Includes: Round trip transportation, guide, equipment, snacks, drinks, breakfast and lunch.

Mangrove/Damas Island Kayak
Coastal Kayaking and snorkeling along Manuel Antonio National Park takes travelers to one of Costa Rica’s most striking coastlines on an open-seat ocean kayak with a bilingual naturalist guide, from the Pez Vela Marina in Quepos to the lovely Biezans Bay for a refreshing swim and delicious local snack. Keep paddling to Manuel Antonio National Park to spot sea birds, such as boobies and frigates, as well as popular spots for viewing aquatic marine life. And end your adventure with a relaxing hot lunch in typical Costa Rican flavor near the beach at a local Manuel Antonio hot spot. Included: Round trip transportation, guide and snacks.

Mangrove/Damas Island Boat Tour
Kayaking through a mangrove forest to Damas Island offers a half-day paddle through the a unique and fascinating world of tall mangroves, known as a natural nursery for fish and crustaceans, where sloths and three species of monkeys travel through the tree canopy. This adventure trip affords the chance to see the rare silky anteater, and several types of non poisonous snakes and marine birds. Mid way through the trip, stop with your adventure guide and enjoy tropical fresh fruit and refreshments at a stop on the banks of Damas Island. Titi Canopy Tour
The Titi Canopy Tour is an exciting adventure that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. You will fly for a mile over the jungle canopy suspended on solid steel cables attached to a personal, high-tech, lightweight harness. During your journey you'll stop and rest at 16 strategically located platforms where you are most likely see the surrounding wildlife. Many of these platforms are almost 100 feet high, nestled in the trunks and branches of trees that are centuries old. an exciting adventure that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Horseback Riding Tour at Rancho Den Gilberto
Let Don Gilberto and his family show you the real Costa Rica – on horseback! Once they pick you up the adventure in history and nature begins, starting with the Quepos Indians and leads you through the changes of Manuel Antonio today. Enjoy learning about Costa Rica’s exotic plants and rare wildlife as you ride through the tropical jungle and private ecological reserve at Tocori, just minutes away from Manuel Antonio.
After a relaxing hour-long ride on horseback through the tropical rain forest – with the pace determined by your comfort level and riding ability – leave your horses on the trail as Don Gilberto or his daughter Dyala guide you through the exotic plant and animal life on a nature walk.
